Scenic Rivers member, Patrick Patterson, has arranged for a special discussion opportunity immediately following the official annual meeting to ask questions of representatives from Dairyland Power Cooperative, American Transmission Company and ITC Holdings about the Cardinal Hickory Creek transmission proposal and other Coop-related business. Like most utilities, Scenic River Coop electricity use has been flat even as the number of served customers has increased. Since 2011, Scenic Rivers per kWh rates have increased at an average clip of 1.5% per year.
