Multi-Value Project

MVP refers to the comprehensive transmission expansion plans developed by MISO.  In 2011, MISO established a “Multi-Value Project” (“MVP”) portfolio that included 17 lines, the last of which proposed to be built being the Cardinal-Hickory Creek line.
