Regional Transmission Service    

The amount utility customers pay for regional transmission lines.  The State of Wisconsin does not require the RTS fee to be shown on utility bills.  The State of Iowa does require the RTS to be itemized, and it presently accounts for 19% of annual residential electricity bills.
