Transparent Electrical Line Impact Studies

The TELIS project is “a series of pioneer research studies examining the impact of high voltage overhead electrical transmission lines on property values.”  concernedcitizensmontana.net  It is an important independent attempt to create transparency in the valuation process of properties taken by power lines. The goal is to provide a complete report on how data are selected and analyzed.
